Located in Echo Park and at the end of Sunset Blvd, Eightfold Coffee is one of the hip-est (not a word, but you know what we mean) coffee shops around town.
Eightfold Coffee is a literal white wall paradise that exudes natural light – and they serve Portland’s very own Heart Coffee (which is a win in our book). You can also find an array of colorful art books and zines in the shop, courtesy of &PensPress. The interior along with the art books really just reminds us of an industrial-type of art gallery, to be honest!
To Jen, Eightfold is her go-to workspace and basically second home. (You can pretty much find her there at least twice a week, no joke). To Cat, its pretty much all her minimalistic dreams come true in a space! (She’s all about that cool, sleek vibe).
Whether its for a quick catch-up with a friend or to get some serious work done, Eightfold truly provides this feeling of peace and openness, and we feel that the open space and the coffee experience contributes a lot to that purpose. They also do cool events here and there, most notably – a reoccurring event called “Doggy + Me”, where you can bring your own furry friends while supporting Mae Day Rescue, an organization that helps street/shelter dogs find homes!
(FYI – You can also find their pop-up at the very popular 14th Factory art exhibit too.)
Check it out, y’all.
