Yet another coffee shop emerges in the Echo Park neighborhood! This time, it’s a little different though. Echo Park’s new ‘Triniti‘ is the place to not only grab a ‘spro with friends, but also a small meal and amazing pastries to fuel your day.

We recently made a trip out to the new Triniti on Sunset Blvd, and were immediately drawn in to the black, sleek, and clearly clean aesthetic. A heavily European-inspired cafe, Triniti is definitely the right first step into LA’s new-wave cafe scene.
Triniti really reminded us of Destroyer and even Tartine Manufactory, with its own special twist. It made sense once we found out that the one of the co-owners (Joseph Geiskopf) was a chef at Destroyer and that Triniti actually sources their coffee beans from the infamous SF-based Tartine Manufactory!
Not only do they focus on speciality drinks and classic coffee, they have a new food menu every single week.
Triniti is definitely just not another coffee shop, but seems to be (in our *correct* predictions) a good staple in the neighborhood. Happy to say, they’re trying something new while doing it with such a classic sense of style. We truly feel like Triniti is the great example of something coming straight out of Kinfolk and/or Cereal Magazine.
